I spent July 4th up in San Francisco with some friends this year. We had a BBQ at Robert Seymour's place, then walked to the Fisherman's Warf/Pier 39 area to watch the fireworks. Not pictured here is the bloody toe that I received while climbing a rusty fence to retrieve a frisbee. I sought Tetanus shots a few days later when one of my shins started tighting up, but in hind-sight it was probably because I had walked on it oddly for too long. As it turns out if I had come down with Tetanus, I would have needed the shot within 48 hours or else I could have been dead!
