The pocket square
will probably not be used, but I don't believe it
costs extra, so it wouldn't hurt to get
it.

Unless arranged otherwise,
everyone should find
a Jim's Formal Wear
affiliate nearby
to arrange to pick up your tuxedo before you leave for
California and bring it with you during your travels.
Sometimes a tuxedo will not fit correctly when it comes in,
so please make sure there is plenty of time to have the shop
ship and receive a replacement item before you leave for
California.
Shoe style has not been
decided, though hiking boots or a black Doc Martin-like shoe
is being considered.
Responsibilities
Best Man
Arrange some kind of
bachelor party. Note that the groom would prefer a classy
event rather than something, ahem, less than classy. Since
the groomsmen are spread out across the country, this could
be difficult and might need a bit of planning ahead of time
if travel plans need to be made. The bridal party is
planning a trip to Las Vegas, so something along those lines
might be appropriate.
Groomsmen
Look good. Be just as
helpful. :) Usher guests during the ceremony.
